It was my pleasure to meet with the Wagga Wagga Family Support Services team, including the new chief executive Jenna Roberts, to discuss a number of important issues affecting our community.

The facility provides a number of vital community services, including Gambling help counselling, financial counselling, Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service and services through Linden Place.

Specifically, the team and I were able to discuss the impacts of domestic violence on our local families, which is still enormous and just plain unacceptable.

I’m looking forward to working closely with the Wagga team to improve services across our electorate.
