Tolland Renewal

The transformation of Tolland will deliver 500 new homes, helping to ease the housing crisis in our city.

The delivery of brand-new homes will help to revitalise the area by replacing old housing well past its use-by date.

The Tolland renewal program will transform the area into a modern mix of new social, affordable, seniors and private housing, along with upgraded community facilities, roads and green spaces.

During the construction phase, I have worked closely with the community and agencies to tackle concerns over vandalism and neglect of unoccupied properties and while ongoing attention will be needed, I thank those who have brought their concerns to my attention.
