The Heart Foundation’s Heart of the Nation Program is coming to our community. This FREE event “Shockingly Simple: CPR & AED awareness session” can help you feel more confident and ready to act if someone nearby needs help.
Join the session and learn:
How to recognise the signs of a cardiac arrest
When and how to call Triple Zero (000)
How to perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
How to use an AED (automated external defibrillator)
You don’t need any experience to take part, and it could make all the difference in a real emergency.
