CPR & AED Awareness Wagga

The Heart Foundation’s Heart of the Nation Program is coming to our community. This FREE event “Shockingly Simple: CPR & AED awareness session” can help you feel more confident and ready to act if someone nearby needs help.

Join the session and learn:

  • How to recognise the signs of a cardiac arrest

  • When and how to call Triple Zero (000)

  • How to perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

  • How to use an AED (automated external defibrillator)

You don’t need any experience to take part, and it could make all the difference in a real emergency.
