It was an absolute pleasure to present Karen Murray with a NSW Government Community Service Award this morning, for her efforts in coordinating the Wagga Wagga donation centre during the bushfires earlier this year.

It was an enormous effort lead by Karen, and my thanks go also to the team who were heavily involved and who gave up their time to assist the community, including Kathryn Armstong, Kathy Robertson, Peter Gaffney and Stephanie Garrod.
