The Minister for Regional Roads, Paul Toole, was in Wagga Wagga yesterday to make multiple transport announcements.
It was announced that in conjunction with the NRMA, a further 20 EV chargers would be rolled out across NSW; with Wagga’s charging stations to be up and running in September.
It’s a fantastic boost for our local tourism industry having these facilities available.
It was also announced yesterday that Wagga will soon be the first city in NSW to have B-pole Braille wayfinding along an entire bus route.
I’m very pleased to hear that our transport network will soon be made more accessible and inclusive for all users.
