No words can completely heal the trauma and the pain experienced by members of the Stolen Generations. Words can, however, be a start.
Today, on National Sorry Day, I'd like to acknowledge the strength and resilience of the Stolen Generations, and ask that we all take a moment to think about how we can take action to move toward reconciliation for our nation.
