I am renewing my call for a moratorium on the development of new solar factories until NSW Agriculture Commissioner, Daryl Quinlivan, has completed a review and provides his final report, expected later this year, and the government finalises its new Large-Scale Solar Energy Guideline, which remains in draft form.
