What an inspiration it was to meet Kooringal High School’s 7A class at the opening of the Sustainability Trail at Erin Earth this week.

With a motto of ‘For Kids, By Kids’, the students have used QR codes to create an interpretive map of the amazing sustainable garden at Erin Earth, and in doing so they led the way towards a more sustainable future for us all.

Some of the students have face challenges of their own but at Erin Earth, they have linked the generations by using modern technology as a road map that will help others to learn how small steps can make a big difference in protecting our planet.

I’m in awe of their work and congratulate them, their teacher Kate Livio and the team at Erin Earth for shining a light to the future for us all.
