Great to meet with some local fire fighters over the weekend to promote and support John Tonkin in the 'Beat the Burn' ride.

Over the previous 18 years, the ride has raised over $1.2 million for the Burns Unit at The Children's Hospital at Westmead.

The Burn's Unit at The Children's Hospital at Westmead is the Pediatric arm of the NSW Severe Burns Service and is the referral centre for all major pediatric burns in NSW. The Burns Unit is 002 Station of Fire & Rescue NSW and is close to the heart of all FRNSW Firefighters.
