It was a privilege to meet young leaders from local high schools during a special visit to Parliament this week.

Secondary student leaders from across the state gathered to meet their local MPs, ask questions and learn – and in turn, gave us MPs plenty to think about.

Congratulations to Pia Zovaro and Holly Casey Patterson of Batlow Tech School, Georgia Orr and Migyel Magandi of Wagga High, Tamia Godber and Rylan Mahoney of Mount Austin High, and Kealey Bettens and Shafwan Jihan of Kooringal High.

With young people of this calibre stepping up to lead the next generation, the future is in good hands.
