Friday’s International Women’s Day panel discussion, hosted in partnership with Women in Business Wagga Wagga Inc., was an inspiring and thought-provoking event. We explored the theme ‘Balancing Care: Addressing Gender Inequality in Family and Community Roles’, diving into how caregiving responsibilities shape opportunities for women.
