2023 Wagga Wagga Local Woman of the Year

Congratulations to Wagga Wagga woman of the year Lynne Gibson for her tireless community-driven efforts and achievements. Lynne is a volunteer at the Lilier Lodge which is a not-for-profit cancer accommodation facility in Wagga Wagga.

Lynne, with her husband Jim are the volunteer coordinators of the weekly community dinner program, which is an important part of the support provided for patients staying at the Lodge.

Lynne has been doing this for a number of years and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive, she and her husband were recently recognised with a Rotary Peace Award.
