No to Violence has been working to prevent Family Violence for more than 25 years.

The group has developed significant expertise in working with men who do use violence.

They recently held a workshop in Wagga that brought together a range of organisations, working in the area of Family Violence.

It is clear that the current changes to public housing have not been of benefit to victims of Family Violence. We need services to extend their hours and additional programs that work to change the behavior of men.

I was pleased to attend the workshop and to hear about the challenges being faced in this very important area.
