In honour of NAIDOC Week 2020 there are some extraordinary works of art on display in Parliament House.

I had the pleasure of meeting artist Lua Pellegrini, whose art forms part of the exhibition earlier this week. Lua, a first year Fine Arts-Commerce student at the University of NSW, is a young Wiradjuri Woman who grew up on Darug Country.

Lua is passionate about Aboriginal languages and the importance of storytelling. Her work is brilliant, as I'm sure you'll agree!
