The head of Resilience NSW, and former NSW Rural Fire Service Commissioner, Shane Fitzsimmons, spoke to more than 25 NSW Parliamentarians today on what it means to be a leader.

I had the privilege of giving the vote of thanks on behalf of the parliamentarians present at the conclusion of his speech.
