Today, myself and my Parliamentary colleagues had the privilege of hearing Venturer Senior Scout Meg Cummins speak at the Parliamentary Friends of Scouting presentation.
Meg spoke to us about the critical work Scouts are doing in reaching the United Nations sustainable development goals.
Scouts worldwide have contributed more than two billion hours of work to achieving these goals, and this involves more than 54 million people and 16 million projects.
It was great to hear of the wonderful work scouts are doing leading the way!
