Congratulations to Lockhart Shire Council and Charles Sturt University on a great partnership around the Rock Observatory.

I never imagined that I would one day attend the opening of an observatory in my own electorate.

Of all the councils that could take us to the next frontier, I knew it would be Lockhart Shire.
