Over the weekend I had the pleasure of attending a fantastic event at the Wagga Wagga Boat Club - the Riverina Region Scouts Adult Recognition and Peak Awards.

It was a great afternoon, honouring the achievements of members, leaders and volunteers, with Scouts NSW Chief Commissioner Neville Tomkins on hand for the celebrations.

Great to see that the Scouts are still such a strong and vibrant organisation within our community.

I’d like to congratulate all of the winners on the day, as well as the organisational team for putting on a wonderful evevnt.
