Great to be on hand yesterday for the unveiling of the Country Women's Association (CWA) bench, donated to the Wagga Wagga community, to celebrate 100 years of the CWA.

In my view, this has been 100 years of radical action for country women and their families.

This magnificent bench, made here in Wagga by the Iron Foundry, is located near the tourist information centre, and will be a real asset to the city and its landscaping.

It was wonderful to be there for this ceremonious occasion, and of course, enjoy a delicious afternoon tea!
