It was wonderful to be present for the crowning of the new Miss Wagga Wagga and Community Princess for 2024 over the weekend.

My most sincere congratulations to Velika Hayes, who was named Miss Wagga Wagga, and Jess Barclay, who was crowned Community Princess.

I'd like to congratulate the other entrants for their wonderful work throughout the quest, Mikayla Argus Anderson, Caitlin Burnett, Salwa Sulaiman and Jessica Cousley, and thank Kate Pevere and Haylee Burkinshaw for the wonderful job they did over the past 12 months.
