It was an honour to meet the remarkable young men of Kooringal High School’s Clontarf program at the group’s official opening and awards event yesterday.

Although it’s only been operating for a bit over a year, the program has already changed the lives of 50 Aboriginal students, giving them self confidence and guidance towards fulfilling careers and personal lives.

Clontarf is a national program that helps Aboriginal students overcome challenges and find the best within themselves.

It was also terrific to meet Clontarf founder Gerard Neesham who attended the event to see the boys celebrate their success.
