I thoroughly enjoy attending school presentations this time of year, and joining with the school communities to congratulate the students and teachers on another fantastic year of achievements.

Earlier this week I attended the presentation evening at Ladysmith Public School, where the year 6 graduates were recognised. I wish them all the best of luck as their primary school journeys come to an end. The year 6 class of 2023 are pictured here with their teacher, Miss Bec Hyams.

The night was also an opportunity to recognise the incredible achievements of Mrs Chapman, who has served the school for over 40 years. To acknowledge this milestone she received a Directors Award, presented to her by the school's principal, Stephen Schultz.
