There are exciting times ahead for rugby league in Wagga, with work starting on a major redevelopment of the facilities at Harris Park.

One of the best aspects to the $1.6m project is the creation of new female-friendly changerooms that will cater to the booming number of women and girls joining the great game.

It was great to inspect progress this morning with Mayor Dallas Tout and Warren Barclay and Jo Lloyd from Wagga Rugby League today and I’m looking forward to seeing the works progress.
