A great weekend in Batlow for CiderFest. Wonderful to catch up with so many locals and visitors enjoying the best of what the Snowy Valleys has to offer. Congratulations to Richard Breward and the CiderFest committee, the volunteers, the cider makers and the food and music stallholders who make this event the highlight of the local calendar.

I also called in to The Apple Thief Cider House on Saturday. A huge congratulations to Dave and Mel Purcell and the team on celebrating their first birthday at the Cider House on Sunday. What they have built just north of Batlow is a credit to them and a wonderful addition to our region. Well done to all!
