The Rock's Ann Taylor awarded Community Service Award

I had the pleasure of presenting Ann Taylor with a NSW Community Service Award in May 2021.

Ann has been a longstanding member of the Hall Committee, the Show Society, the CWA and the Red Cross, and is a life member of The Rock Central School P&C, where she was Secretary for many years.

Selling raffle tickets, baking and selling cakes, organising fundraising evens, cooking for functions and offering a hand to those who need support are only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Ann's contribution to her community.

Ann epitomises what small communities are all about; being involved and being available to help. Congratulations on this well-deserved award Ann
