This week I had the pleasure of joining the Ride4Life team as they passed through Wagga Wagga on their incredible journey. Louise Ginn, Sonia Allum, Anna Lindbeck and Rach Beaden are taking on a world-first challenge — riding a quad tandem bike across Australia from Perth to Sydney. Along the way they’re stopping in schools and communities to spread an important message: the need to build stronger mental fitness and tackle the tragedy of suicide.
It was great fun to jump on the bike with the team, along with Gus Worland and their dedicated support crew who make this ride possible. Their goal is to raise $500,000 for Gotcha4Life, an organisation working to improve the mental health of Australians and save lives.
